4 Chicken breasts, whole bone-in skin-on


4 Bay leaves, large
4 Carrots
1 small head Cauliflower
4 stalks Celery
1/4 cup Flat-leaf parsley, fresh
12 cloves Garlic
1 Herb
1 Large or 2 medium shallots
2 Lemons
8 oz Mushrooms or white mushrooms, assorted fresh
2 Onions

Canned Goods

2 cups Chicken stock

Pasta & Grains

8 oz Wide egg noodles

Baking & Spices

3 tbsp All-purpose flour
2 Kosher salt
1 Nutmeg
1 Pepper, Freshly ground
1 tbsp Peppercorns, whole black

Bread & Baked Goods

1 cup Panko


1 stick Butter
1 cup Heavy cream

Chicken Tetrazzini | I have fixed this numerous times and it is delicious! If you want to fix a meal to take over to a family this works well for either a large family or can easily be split into two casseroles, one for now and they can freeze to have later.
