I did 2 cups of chicken broth, 1 cup of half and half, 1 cup of water, and 1 1/4 cup of milk. I also added roasted red peppers, chili powder, red pepper flakes, oregano, and bay leaves for more flavor. It turned out having a nice kick to it but by having the sour cream in it, it ended up taking the heat away.
