Seared Scallops with Bacon Recipe. Martha says to serve this over zucchini ribbons. I say, if you're cooking scallops in bacon grease and topping them off with butter and white wine, you go full fat-ass and serve 'em over grits (or polenta, or pasta). You ain't fooling nobody with zucchini ribbons. pfffft.
