4 slices Bacon
1 lb Ground beef

2 Carrots, roughly chopped, (about 1 cup), medium
10 Garlic cloves, whole

Canned Goods

3/4 cup Beef broth
2 tbsp Tomato paste

Baking & Spices

1 tbsp All-purpose flour
1 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar

Oils & Vinegars

1 Cooking spray, Nonstick
1 tbsp Vegetable oil

Dairy

4 tbsp Butter
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup Swiss or cheddar, grated

Beer, Wine & Liquor

Vegetable Shepherd's Pie- instead of the crumbles, I will use portobello mushrooms either diced or sent through a grinder.
