Edible Peeps Play Dough Recipe from Still Playing School Melt 8 Peeps in microwave for 45 seconds with 1 teaspoon of water. Add 1 teaspoon of oil. Stir to loosen the mixture, but leave it in the bowl to cool. Add 1/3 to 1/2 corn starch to a different bowl. Add the melted Peep mixture and fold in corn starch. Coat hands and table with corn starch, knead...adding corn starch as needed. At this point the dough is sticky and stretchy like chewed bubble gum. Add a bit more corn starch if you need to but keep mixing and folding until the dough no longer sticks to your hands (too much)!
