1 cup Flat-leaf parsley, fresh
1 Shallot
1 Squash, Baked

Condiments

1 Almond parsley salsa, Toasted
2 tbsp Capers

1 Black pepper, Freshly ground
1 Grain salt, Coarse
1 Grained salt, Coarse

Oils & Vinegars

1 Olive oil, Extra-virgin
