Double Blueberry Muffins

Vegetarian • 1.5 hrs to make • Makes 12 muffins


2 1/2 cups Blueberries, fresh or thawed frozen


2 Eggs

Baking & Spices

2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
2 cups Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1 1/8 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure


8 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1/2 cup Milk, whole 2 percent fat, or 1 percent fat

    Double Blueberry Muffins Recipe : Food Network - - these were good. I used 1/2 c. honey and 1/2 c. sugar. I baked them for 20 minutes (not 25 to 30). I would make them again.
