Food Network's Chicken Salad recipe. Tried this today with about 1.5 cups of left-over shredded chicken, and just guessed on the amounts of everything according to my taste. I used low-fat mayo, only red onion, tarragon and dill both, and a squeeze of lemon from a bottle. It's a keeper. Really good. So easy, and fabulous for the leftover crockpot chicken. :)
