1 tbsp Chives, fresh
4 cloves Garlic
1 Onion, small
1 tbsp Parsley, fresh
1 tsp Thyme, fresh
2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes

Canned Goods

1 3/4 cups Chicken broth, low-sodium

Baking & Spices

1/4 cup Breadcrumbs or matzo meal
1 Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Oils & Vinegars

3 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin

Beer, Wine & Liquor

1/4 cup White wine, dry
