Reviewed! Squash Gratin from Food Network Mag. Made this 10/1/13 (some time around then): Meh. The flavor was okay, but not amazing. And butternut squash is a real pain to take apart. I won't bother with this one again.
A simple gratin featuring sweet potatoes, thyme, low-fat milk and parmesan cheese. Healthier than your average gratin yet just as satisfying...
