Deviled Eggs with Crab

Gluten free • 5 mins to make • Serves 4-6


4 oz Lump crabmeat


1/2 stick Celery
3 tbsp Chives, fresh


6 Eggs, hard


1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
1 tbsp Mayonnaise

Baking & Spices

1 Salt and freshly ground black pepper


2 tbsp Mascarpone cheese
1 tbsp Sour cream

Perfect Crab Cakes. I used GF brown rice crackers and cooked them in coconut oil and they were delicious and healthy. These are going in my regular rotation.

These are right up my alley. Soft-boiled eggs with the 'deviled' part on top instead of mashed with the yolk. LOVE!
