200g good quality chocolate, not less than 60 percent cocoa 200g butter 200g sugar 1 table spoon of flour 5 eggs Microwave chocolate and butter, mix until smooth. Then place it in the sugar and mix. Stir the eggs. Add a tablespoon of flour and mix well again. Poured into a 20 cm diameter baking unhooked and cooked at 190 degrees for 20 min.
Made this for a friend's engagement party..... so delicious! Make sure to have three inch high pans though instead of two (otherwise it will overflow) or make four layers instead of three. Also, allow time for the frosting to soften before frosting. (i always forget that!)
