1 (12-ounce) can Evaporated milk


1 cup Cajeta* or caramel sauce

Baking & Spices

1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Vanilla extract

1 Vegetable oil cooking spray

    Coconut flan is so delicious! I actually made this using a ceramic bundt cake pan and sweet coconut milk. Absolutely better than cheesecake. And so easy to make. Yum!
