1/2 cup Country ham


2 cups Beans, dried
1 Green onion
3 Potatoes, new


4 Eggs, large

Baking & Spices

1 tsp Black pepper
1 Pinch Kosher salt

Oils & Vinegars

1 Vegetable oil

Bread & Baked Goods

1 9-inch pie crust, homemade or store-bought refrigerated


1 cup Gouda, grated aged
3/4 cup Half-and-half

    It wouldn't be a bad idea to include directions, on how you put this recipe together. What is the oil for? Do you top the quiche with the cheese, or do you mix it all together. I have never seen such a discombobulated recipe in all of my days!
