It wouldn't be a bad idea to include directions, on how you put this recipe together. What is the oil for? Do you top the quiche with the cheese, or do you mix it all together. I have never seen such a discombobulated recipe in all of my days!

Shauna, I thought I wrote Food Network! II didn't mean to write you. I pin stuff all the time, especially when Im in a hurry, and come back to it later. I must have been really tired, if I posted here instead. LOL I will try again. Thank you so much.

ham & cheese quiche-very easy. I used low fat milk and added veggies and it was really good. Could also make without the crust for low cal.

ham and egg breakfast cups These are a lot like an omelet on the go! I added chopped ham rather then lunch meat. Great fresh out of the oven and warmed up the next day. Next time, however, I will put liners in the tin! They were not easy to get out even though I spayed them AND I had a hard time cleaning the pan. -KM

Best quiche recipe. Light and fluffy but still creamy. Great for brunch, lunch or dinner!

Real men will definitely eat this quiche because it's loaded with all kinds of tasty ingredients: ham, bacon, mushrooms, cheese and cream. But the best part of the deal is that refrigerated pie crust keeps prep time to just 20 minutes.
