Cinnamon Rolls

Vegetarian • 2.5 hrs to make • Makes 40-50 cinnamon rolls

Baking & Spices

2 packages Active dry yeast
9 cups All-purpose flour
1 heaping tsp Baking powder
1 scant tsp Baking soda
1/4 cup Cinnamon, ground
2 lbs Confectioners' sugar
3 cup Granulated sugar
1 tbsp Maple flavoring or maple extract
1 tbsp Salt
1 Dash Salt

Oils & Vinegars

1 cup Vegetable oil


1/4 cup Coffee


2 3/8 cups Butter, unsalted
1 1/8 qt Whole milk
