1/8 tsp Cardamom, ground
1/8 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1 Pinch Saffron threads
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Superfine sugar
2 cups Whole-wheat flour

Oils & Vinegars

1 tbsp Vegetable oil

Nuts & Seeds

1/4 cup Pistachios


1/2 cup Sour cream
6 cups Whole-milk greek yogurt

Cardamom was a bit strong, but I used 1 tsp packed, leave fluffy. Used vanilla instead of rosewater and 1 cup Jasmine rice, cooked for 15 min in water first, then add 6 cups milk and continue simmering. Made on June 8, 2013

This malted chocolate frosting tastes almost exactly like Whoppers (sweet and nutty). It's delicious on its own, but try to maintain some social norms and serve it on top of a vanilla cake.
