    Zucchini Crisps ~ 2 med Zucchini,1 T Olive Oil, *1/4 c grated Parmesan, *1/4 c plain dry Bread Crumbs, *Salt & Pepper. Oven 450. Spray sheet. Slice zucchini into 1/4" thick rounds, toss w/oil.
