    Blueberry Yogurt Pops Recipe : Food Network - FoodNetwork.com Made from Greek yogurt and sugar free blueberry preserves (can add Truvia to sweeten it). Pour into Ziploc bag, smush, leave some streaks of preserves only. Cut hole in corner and squirt into Dixie cups. Put popsicle stick in it and freeze. SUPER YUM!

Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie Ingredients ■1 cup Plain, Unflavored Yogurt ■1 cup Fruit (your Choice - Blueberries, Peaches, Pineapple, Etc) ■1/4 cup Milk ■1 dash Honey ■ Ice Place yogurt, fruit, milk, a handful of ice and honey to taste all into a blender. Blend until smooth. Taste it for sweetness and add more honey if needed.

Peach frozen yogurt: puree peaches, honey, and greek yogurt. Freeze.
