Strawberry Gin Fizz-these cocktails are just perfect. They’re not too sweet but just right and refreshing. Even if you don’t think you’re a gin fan, I think you’ll like this. The St. Germain for me adds just the right amount of sweet and takes away the pine tree taste of gin. What are your summer plans?
Grapefruit Gin Fizz uses intriguing G'vine Gin made from grapes, Ugni Blanc, fermented into wine then distilled with vine flower, juniper berries, ginger root, cassia bark & cardamom. Add fresh red grapefruit juice and a "spritz" Sounds like summer CO style!
Would be fun to try with a variety of herbs... Rosemary Gin Fizz - 3 one-inch sprigs of fresh rosemary 1 small lemon, juiced 1/2 teaspoon honey 1 1/2 ounces gin 3 ounces club soda Instructions In a small drinking glass, muddle the fresh rosemary, lemon juice and honey. Fill the glass with ice, then pour in the gin and top with club soda. Give it a little swirl with a spoon. That’s it!
