Broccoli Salad Recipe : Here's what I do differently: No onion, small shake of onion powder in the dressing. Pecans instead of sunflower seeds. And the dressing, I use 1/2 mayo and 1/2 coconut milk. Instead of sugar, stevia.

Broccoli Salad. Love this stuff (no raisins in mine though). And I've never added sunflower seeds but I bet that would be really good!

Broccoli Salad - lighter version, made with oil and vinegar instead of mayo...I'd probably try something besides canola

Broccoli Salad: 8 ounces farfalle pasta; 6 slices bacon, diced; 1 head broccoli, cut into florets and finely chopped; 2 cups seedless red grapes, halved; 1/3 cup diced red onion; 1/4 cup chopped pecans; For the dressing: 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt; 1/2 cup mayonnaise; 1/3 cup red wine vinegar; 1 tablespoon sugar; 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme; Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

I made this for a Labor Day cookout and loved it. I'll double the broccoli and add a bit more of the dressing next time because the pasta expands so much. Very good recipe.
