1 1/2 lbs Braeburn apples
2 lbs Granny smith apples

1 Egg

Baking & Spices

1/4 cup Brown sugar, packed light
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
2 1/2 cups Flour
1/2 cup Granulated sugar
1/4 tsp Kosher salt
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Turbinado sugar

Dairy

1 cup Butter, unsalted
2 tbsp Butter
1 cup Cheddar, grated sharp white
