4 Egg yolks, large


2 tsp Lemon juice, fresh

Baking & Spices

1 cup All-purpose flour
1/4 cup Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Salt, fine
13 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Nuts & Seeds

1/2 cup Pecans


1 stick Butter, unsalted
8 oz Cream cheese
1 2/3 cups Whole milk

Beer, Wine & Liquor

1 tbsp Sherry, dry
