8 slices Turkey bacon or turkey bacon with black pepper or applewood smoked bacon

1/2 Bell pepper, small red or yellow green
2 tbsp Cilantro, fresh leaves
2 cloves Garlic
1 Leaf lettuce, Red
1 Serrano or jalapeno pepper
1 Shallot or 1/4 red onion, large

Condiments

1 tsp Cayenne hot sauce
1 cup Red pepper relish, sweet

2 tsp Grill seasoning blend

1 Vegetable oil or olive oil
