      Perfect Turkey Burgers Recipe : Food Network Kitchen : Food Network --these are delicious! The first time I followed the recipe and they were okay, the second time I sauteed the mushrooms (I used cremini instead of a portobello cap) and shallots before adding to the meat. It seemed to bring out the flavor of the mushrooms a lot more. I preferred them the second time around and Caroline, who will not eat mushrooms, ate it!
