Ryder's Turkey Chili

2 hrs to make • Serves 10-15


3 lbs Turkey (thigh and breast meat), coarsely ground


2 cups Black beans with liquid, canned
9 cloves Garlic
2 tsp Garlic, granulated
1 Green bell pepper
1 1/2 Jalapeno peppers
3 cups Kidney beans with liquid, canned
1 tbsp Onion, granulated
10 Pasilla chile peppers, dried
3 cups Pinto beans with liquid, canned
1 Red bell pepper
2 Red onions, small

Canned Goods

1 cup Chicken broth, low-sodium
1/3 cup Tomato paste


3 cups Tomato sauce

Baking & Spices

2 tsp Cayenne pepper
3 tbsp Chili powder
1 Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp Paprika

Oils & Vinegars

4 tbsp Canola oil

Nuts & Seeds

1 tbsp Cumin, ground


1 Saltine crackers
