Chili - sub 3 or 4 dried Anaheim peppers for the pasilla, sub 1 rotisserie chx for ground turkey, 1/2 t cayenne instead of 2 as called for, & I didn't measure cups of stock or beans - probably used one can broth, and a total of 5 or 6 cans of various unseasoned beans and simmer all day. Makes six of those big Mason jars.

Delicious Chili! Super easy also and it makes 8 servings so plenty to eat and stock up the freezer. I used 96% lean ground beef instead of turkey, 1tbs texas peet's, 2 packets splenda, 4 cloves garlic. Everything else was the same! Stove for 1 hour or crockpot on low for 6 hours
