Southern Collard Greens

1 cup 1/4-inch diced salt pork


2 lbs Collard greens
1 cup Onion

Canned Goods

1 cup Chicken stock, low-sodium


1 tsp Hot pepper sauce

Baking & Spices

1/2 tsp Black pepper, freshly cracked
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes

Oils & Vinegars

1 tbsp Canola oil
1/3 cup White vinegar


1/2 cup Water
