Rhubarb Cobbler from Pioneer Woman: Made this, love the cobbler topping!  However, used all butter, no lard.  I also made a fresh peach version of this.  Both delicious.  For the rhubarb: I think next time I'll make a 1-1/2 batch of the rhubarb filling since it cooks down so much.  GMV
