White Chili Recipe : Ellie Krieger. I've adapted this beautifully for our Rock Crok. I use chicken breasts instead of ground turkey. First, follow the directions up to adding the turkey. Then, lay 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts on top, put the lid on, and pop it in the micro for about 7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Then, take out the chicken, chop it up, and throw it back in. Then just follow the directions again at the "add the white beans" part. Enjoy!
