"Vegetarian Chili" "I had been craving chili. I was looking for a recipe that would be filling, vegetarian (actually vegan without the toppings), easy to throw together, and healthy. Guess what? I found it. I served this to my sister and her boyfriend. Her boyfriend said it was the best chili he had ever had. I took that as a huge compliment. Hopefully you will feel the same way."
