1/4 cup Cocoa powder, unsweetened
3/4 cup Confectioners' sugar

Oils & Vinegars

1 Cooking spray
1/4 cup Vegetable oil


3/4 cup Chocolate milk
2 tbsp Heavy cream

    The temperature is supposed to be 425 degrees...NOT 325 degrees. You'll know it's incorrect when you make them and they end up not being crisp like they should. Check out Trisha Yearwood's recipe for more information.
