2 cloves Garlic
3 cups Grape tomatoes
1 small bunch Scallions

Canned Goods

1/2 cup Chicken broth, low-sodium

Pasta & Grains

12 oz Pappardelle pasta

Baking & Spices

1 Kosher salt
1 Pepper, Freshly ground

5 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1/2 cup Parmesan

Beer, Wine & Liquor

Chicken Tostadas Recipe : Food Network Kitchen. These were yummy and fresh tasting. I've also used the chicken part of the recipe and make soft tacos out of them with some fresh pico de gallo. So yummy!!

Orzo with Herbs from FoodNetwork.com Cook 2 cups orzo in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8 minutes; drain. Chop 6 scallions; cook just the white parts in a skillet with olive oil until tender, about 2 minutes. Stir in the orzo, 2 cups chicken broth, the scallion greens and a handful each of chopped parsley and dill; season with salt and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes. Stir in 1/4 cup grated parmesan.
