5 cloves Garlic
1 1-inch piece Ginger, fresh
1 Lime, wedges
1 Persian cucumber
1 Red chile, small hot
1 bunch Scallions
4 oz Shiitake mushroom caps

4 cups Beef broth


3 tbsp Soy sauce
