Ice Cream Pretzel Cake, Ive been using this recipe for years for my girls birthday cakes. Get creative & dont limit yourself - this is a basic recipe, Ive sub'd brownies for the bottom, used different ice cream flavors such as peanut butter cup or butter crunch etc & "frost" it with chocolate cool whip. I dont use the springform pan either, I use a 9X13 or larger pan & just cut n serve
