Shrimp and Kale 1/2 cp plain yogurt 3 tbs olive oil,Juice of 1 lemon1 garlic,Kosher salt 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper 1 bunch kale 3/4 pd shrimp 1 15 -oz can chickpeas 1 pint grape tomatoes 1/2 red onion Preheat broiler. Whisk yogurt, 2 1/2 tbs olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, 1/4 tsp salt + cayenne in bowl. + kale, toss to coat; set aside. Toss shrimp + 1/2 tbs olive oil on baking sheet. Broil 5 min. Add shrimp, chickpeas, tomatoes, red onion to kale, toss.
