Completed pin #108: Barbecued Chinese Chicken Lettuce Wraps.  These were very good!  I followed the recipe exactly except that I used onions instead of shallots and I added some cilantro when assembling.  This recipe gives a very mild flavor, so next time I think I will add more hoisin, plus some red pepper flakes for a bit of a kick.  I wonder if this will be good with ground beef.  9/10
