3 Yellow squash
4 Zucchini squash


2 Eggs, large

Baking & Spices

1 tbsp All-purpose flour
1 Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, Coarse

1 tbsp Canola oil

1 cup Panko breadcrumbs


1 1/4 cups Cheddar, grated
