The dressing on this salad is delicious. I mean absolutely amazing. This dish also handles ingredient substitutions in the salad part very well (don't mess with the dressing though because, as I said, amazing). This recipe is pretty good. BUT it makes enough for 30 people so you may want to cut it in half.
Cucumber salad. Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Healthy Yummy Mummy - This is a super quick healthy side salad. The original post doesn't have measurements but the dressing can easily be made to taste. Yum!
