    Ingredients: 2 cups frozen blueberries or strawberries, thawed. 1/4 cup apple juice. 2 tablespoons honey. 1/2 lemon, juiced. 1 pinch salt. Directions Special Equipment: 1 (10 count) 3-ounce Frozen Ice Pop Mold. Combine either the blueberries or the strawberries ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 5 of the pop molds. Place in freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight.
