I don't know who decides which foods are the "healthiest ever", but I do know that these are all real foods--I don't see any hamburgers, fries, or pizza on the list, so that's a good thing.

This is how your plate should look --> 50% Leafy Greens & Crunchy Veggies 25% Whole Grains &/or Legumes 25% Lean Protein (palm sized) Sprinkle in some healthy fats, such as olive oil, avocado and nuts and you're all set.
