kale / quinoa / chickpeas / cashew sauce.- so this was pretty good. Not as much creaminess as I was expecting. Kid HATED it. Next time will blend up spinach all the way, not just half of it like the recipe calls for.

YOU COULD ADD OTHER VEGGIES OR USE THE SAME BASE AND MAKE RANCH CHICKEN WRAPS, BUFFALO CHICKEN, ETC. I EASILY DOWNSIZED IT FOR 2 PEOPLE. JUST USE THE ENTIRE 1/2 CUP OF WATER.
