    Pulled Pork Barbecue Recipe I really love this recipe, it ends up so delicious. I use a slow cooker instead of the oven, and I double the ketchup because my husband isnt a huge fan of all the vinegar, so it helps cute it. I also use course brown mustard, because it's my favorite. this recipe is definitely great for get together, and it's not bad reheated either.

    Great pulled pork recipe. Revisions to cooking. For parties - It cools off while being "pulled." Make it the day before and heat in crock pot the day you use it so it is hot when served. Over night marinade works best. Add 1/2" water to bottom of pan before putting in oven. Cook at 300 for 3 hours. Cover with tin foil; might want to add bit more water at this point. Raise temp to 325; cook 2 more hours. Thanks to Kristen Hvisdsten for her advice. The Vinegar BBQ sauce is not good. Don't make it.

    Pulled Pork Barbecue Recipe - We modified this to make in the crock pot and it was awesome! The recipes for the cole slaw and homemade barbeque sauce are GREAT! (Use less vinegar next time in the sauce)

I have made this several times everyone loves it. Add bbq sauce or you can add pork gravy and have it with mashed potatoes and fresh green beans.

I cook it in the crock pot and I've had Southern pig farmers tell me it's the best pulled pork they've ever had. After it's pulled, I mix in lots of Bullseye Original BBQ sauce and Bullseye Texas Style BBQ sauce. The Texas style is spicier and gives it a nice subtle kick on the back end.
