Granola energy balls. These are a staple in our house. I always make a double batch and freeze 3/4 of them. They defrost quickly and are perfect to grab from freezer for school snack/lunch because they defrost quickly. EASY and Yummy! And a great way for the kids to get OMEGAS from the flax seed. (sometimes we sub chia seed meal too!) Refridgerate before you roll them! I wear gloves too so they don't stick to my hands. Sooooo good.
