Vegetarian Ma Po Tofu. I make this once in a blue moon, but we don't use any garlic or onion d/t being buddhist vegetarian. This looks pretty complete and yummy. The name (blemish woman kind of) refers to the fact that it is so spicy, aromatic (onion and garlic) and greasy that it will make your skin filled with rash/blemish. Doesn't make you want to eat it, but is soooooo yummy
