    2 stalk Celery

    10 sprigs Parsley

    1 1/2 tsp Tarragon or fresh dill, fresh
    2 sprigs Thyme, fresh

    Canned Goods

    5 cups Chicken broth, canned homemade or low-sodium

    Condiments

    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    2 tsp Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
    1 cup Mayonnaise, prepared or homemade

    Baking & Spices

    1 Black pepper, Freshly ground
    2 tsp Kosher salt
