My fav thanksgiving side dish ever!! Corn Casserole 1 box Jiffy 1 can cream corn 1 can whole kernel corn, drained 2 eggs 1 stick butter, melted 1 Cup Sour cream Mix all together in casserole adding the sour cream last. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes. I make this every year....u can double & triple it. Family favorite
Salt + Vinegar roasted potato slices ~ can't wait to try these - sounds delish!!! Salt and Vinegar Broiled Fingerling Potatoes. Cut 1 lb. potatoes lengthwise and boil in 2 cups vinegar until tender. Drain well & pat dry. Toss with olive oil, pepper and kosher salt to coat. Finish on grill or under broiler til browned, flip and broil other side.
