Pretty tasty. Just added 3 hard boiled eggs, a few tablespoons relish, & some extra sour cream as it seemed to need a little more sauce. Also added some onion & garlic powder, some paprika, & seasoned salt. Still could have used a little more seasoning. Hubby added extra salt, pepper & paprika to his. Good base recipe though. Liked the sour cream. - American Macaroni Salad Recipe : Food Network Kitchen : Food Network

Say "potato salad," and this classic recipe comes to mind: chunks of tender potato and plenty of chopped hard-cooked eggs, lightly coated with a tangy mayonnaise dressing full of crunchy red onion, celery, and pickles. Serve it alongside grilled meat for a warm-weather meal.

Food Network's Chicken Salad recipe. Tried this today with about 1.5 cups of left-over shredded chicken, and just guessed on the amounts of everything according to my taste. I used low-fat mayo, only red onion, tarragon and dill both, and a squeeze of lemon from a bottle. It's a keeper. Really good. So easy, and fabulous for the leftover crockpot chicken. :)
