Spaghetti Nests : Food Network

Bocconcini (small, fresh mozzarella balls) stand in for birds' eggs in Giada's adorable spaghetti dish. Use tongs to swirl the cooked spaghetti, then transfer it to a prepared pan and bake until firm enough to hold the "eggs."

Cannoli Dip - Brown Eyed Baker - A Food & Cooking Blog

Canoli Dip. 1 (15oz) whole milk ricotta ¼c plain yogurt (I prefer Greek) or sour cream ⅓c powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla ⅓c mini chocolate chips. I substitute the sugar with one teaspoon of honey and use yoghurt rather than sour cream for a healthier option.
