Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with more mini chocolate chips. Serve with broken waffle bowl chips and strawberrries.
Cannoli Dip: 5 ingredients: 15 oz ricotta cheese (strained), 8 oz Mascarpone cheese. 2/3 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips. Serve with regular and chocolate graham crackers. Oh, yes, this will definitely be happening.
Canoli Dip. 1 (15oz) whole milk ricotta ¼c plain yogurt (I prefer Greek) or sour cream ⅓c powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla ⅓c mini chocolate chips. I substitute the sugar with one teaspoon of honey and use yoghurt rather than sour cream for a healthier option.
