5 cups Strawberries


4 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh

Baking & Spices

1 49-gram package Fruit pectin, powdered
7 cups Sugar


Eight 8-ounce mason jars with lids and screw-on rings
Large canning pot (large enough to completely submerge the jars in water)
Canning tongs
Wide-mouth canning funnel
