Instructions: I mixed ground beef with a can of onion soup, bread crumbs & garlic.Then I shaped into balls & placed in a lightly oiled cupcake tray. Flattened the tops and then spread ketchup on top. I baked them at 350 until done. For the topping I cheated a bit (Our Little Secret) & used potatoes in a box.I put the potatoes into a zip lock bag and I cut off the corner (like for icing) and I squeezed on top of the meatloaf.
