    Crispy kale chips. I've seen all kinds of recipes, high heat, lower cooking time, low heat, longer cook time. We're trying this one first, 275 degrees for 20 minutes. The kids are super excited.

    Crispy Kale Chips- Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F. Remove the ribs from one bunch of kale and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Lay on a baking sheet and toss with 2 TBSP olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake until crisp, turning the leaves halfway through, about 20 minutes. Serve as finger food.
