1 Onion, whole

Canned Goods

1 cube Beef bouillon
2 cups Beef broth


2 tbsp Catsup
2 tsp Mustard, dry
1 tsp Seasoning sauce
8 dashes Worcester sauce

Baking & Spices

1 tsp Cornstarch
2 Salt and pepper

Oils & Vinegars

1 tbsp Olive oil

1/2 cup Breadcrumbs, seasoned

Hungry Man Salisbury Steak 1 ½ lbs. 85% ground beef 1 cup diced onion 1 tbsp minced garlic 2 eggs ¾ cup bread or cracker crumbs 2 cups sliced mushrooms ( for gravy) ½ cup diced mushrooms 2 tbsp flour 16 oz beef stock Using butter in pan, add 3/4 diced onion, garlic.and 1/2 cup mushrooms. Add the meat, eggs , crumbs & form into patties. Cook in pan for 3 mins on each side. Remove & add flour & broth till no lumps for 30 mins. Pour gravy on patties & cover dish with foil Bake 375 for 45mins
